Nature of Services

DARA offers curation, selection, and coordination of private experiences, interiors, and related services, defining each service configuration and entrusting any specialist activity to qualified external professionals, each responsible for their own work.

Availability

Each proposal is subject to verification of venue availability, partner confirmation, and operating conditions.

Confirmation

Each service is considered confirmed upon acceptance of the economic proposal and payment of any indicated confirmation fee.

Pricing

Each proposal is defined according to the requested configuration, selected services, and operational conditions, and is communicated individually.

Adjustments

Certain configurations may require adjustments due to availability, access conditions, or organisational needs. Any variation will always be agreed in advance.

Cancellations

Any cancellation must be communicated at least 5 days in advance. In the presence of confirmed partners, incurred costs, or preparatory activities already initiated, specific economic conditions may apply according to the requested service configuration.
